Introduction to WEB Automation: User level : Beginner Course ID : TW-TR001 Prerequisites : Must be experienced in manual testing. Prior scripting knowledge desirable but not required. Web automation using WET User level : Beginner Course ID : TW-TR011 Prerequisites : Must be experienced in manual testing. Must have an understanding about the principles of automation Prior scripting knowledge recommended Duration 24 hours Course topics: Installation & getting started with WET. Tutorial of the complete WET UI. Explanation about WET's test automation technique Commands available in the WET UI for automating web objects. Checkpoints Reading and analyzing test results

Advanced automation using WET User level : Intermediate to expert Course ID : TW-TR051 Prerequisites : Must be well experienced in manual testing. Must be experienced on test automation Must have a working knowledge about WET Good knowledge of at least one scripting language Duration 32 hours Course topics: Organizing folder structure for tests Object depot management Test libraries Parameterizing tests using datatables and iterations Organizing tests by using preconditions, transactions and teardowns Introduction to Ruby and overview about library utilities

Onsite installation and startup (TW-Sup11) :

Thwameva can provide onsite installation and a two day startup training program at your office location. In this program, one of Thwameva's qualified engineer will visit your location and complete the installation and configuration of WET and train up to a maximum of 3 of your engineers on the basics of WET and getting them started.

Note : This program is currently only available to onsite locations inside India and is offered during the weekends.

Consulting services for advice on Wet for web testing (TW-Cons01):

This program is designed for enterprises that wants to start using WET for automating their web testing applications and are looking out for advice on how to go about doing this. Thwameva will make an initial study of your application and come out with a suggestion for the test structure suitable for your application. We will also provide a suggested road map for automating your web application.

Automation boot up (TW-Cons02) :

Thwameva can provide you with the initial boot up of your project and automate the first few (or one) scenarios for your project. This can used as the reference by your engineers to proceed with test automation on the same lines.

Although It is highly recommended that TW-Cons01 is bought in addition to this package, you can also buy it as a standalone package.

Study your application and suggest scenarios for the boot up project
Pick up the agreed scenarios and create WET tests for these
Create brief notes for the Scenarios that have been automated.
The boot up scripts work as a good reference material for your engineers to proceed with automation.

Expert advice on extending test automation (TW-Cons12) :

This program is designed for those who are already using WET or Watir for automating their web applications and are now seeking to enhance their test coverage with more powerful libraries. Thwameva will offer expert advice on how to move forward.

Suggest tips on libraries required for extending test automation
Provide sample scripts / libraries as a reference
Provide migration plans, where applicable
